Our Executive Chef has created impressive menus with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, as well as a wide range of traditional and international cuisine. Our kitchen uses high-quality ingredients and sources locally grown food items in season whenever possible.

At the Gale Mansion we always try to accommodate our clients’ specific needs and preferences, Due to us not serving alcohol, We can refer a vendor or our guests can use one of their choosing.
