|Ceremony Fee||$600||Peak season is May through November. Rental prices include 12 hour rental. The Gale Mansion provides full-service catering for all events. Two preparation suites are included with the rental of any space.|

The Gale Mansion offers a full service bar offering beer, wine, and liquor. Non-alcoholic beverages include sparkling water, Coca-Cola products, and juices. The client may choose to host part or all of the beverages for their event. A cash bar can be accommodated at no extra charge. Hosted beverages will be invoiced after the date of your event. All beverages are charged based on consumption. Coffee, hot tea, and water service is included in the price of every entrée. The City of Minneapolis’ liquor tax rate is set at 10.275%.
Our catering Pastry Chef can design and create a number of beautiful desserts for your event. There is a cake cutting fee ($1.50/person) for all outside desserts brought in.
Security is required for any event that runs past 5:00 PM. This service is $55 per hour.

The house rental fee includes:
- Day-of coordinator
- All necessary service and kitchen needs
- Choice of ivory, black, or white table linens
- China, glassware, and flatware
- Indoor tables and chairs
- Votive candles in all fireplaces and on table tops
- Set-up, breakdown, and event clean-up
A service charge of 23% is applied to all services except to the house rental fee. State sales tax (8.025%) is applied to all services, excluding the house rental fee. Liquor tax rate is 10.525%, and there is a 5% gratuity on food & beverage that goes directly to the service staff. The Gale Mansion requires a signed contract and a deposit to secure your event date. The deposit is non-refundable and is equal to your rental fee plus a damage deposit of $500. The damage deposit will be returned to you after your event, pending an inspection of the house.
